In this workshop, participants will enhance persuasive speaking skills by acquiring tools to develop an authentic communication style, build confidence, facilitate change, and inspire others to action.

In this workshop, participants will gain techniques for effective speech preparation and presentation to increase confidence in themselves as speakers in their academic, professional, and social lives.

There are five generations represented in our workforce today: Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X-ers, Millennials and Generation Z. Understanding and appreciating the different values and work styles of each generation fosters engagement and reduces communication challenges in the workplace. In this workshop, participants will acquire strategies to manage generational workplace diversity and adapt leadership styles to build cohesion in a multi-generational environment.
