Meet Mary Ellen

Mary Ellen Lynch, M.Ed.

As a college professor since 2013, I have taught countless students who struggle with public speaking. Observing these challenges inspired me to integrate contemplative practices such as mindfulness meditation into my curriculum to help students be more present and increase self-awareness. As a result, my students reduce speech anxiety and develop the confidence from within to communicate effectively.

I bring the same inside-out approach to help professionals elevate leadership and navigate workplace challenges by focusing on the intersection of mindfulness and leadership; how our thoughts, values, and natural strengths impact our actions. I have designed and facilitated courses and workshops for organizations across industries and have coached C-level executives, managers, emerging professionals, college students, and youth on their leadership journey.

My mindfulness exploration has deepened after observing first-hand the positive outcomes my clients and students achieve: increased confidence, enhanced communication, reduced stress, and strengthened interpersonal relationships to thrive in the workplace, school and beyond. I believe now more than ever, professionals at all levels can benefit from mindfulness practices to navigate workplace challenges and lead authentically.
